Built to smallest scale

In my time around cars, and engines and things of mechanical nature I've seen some things. This video is crazy. This guy builds a V12 engine out of stainless, aluminum and bronze. Big deal right? Ferrari, Lamborghini, Audi, there's lots of other V12 engines. But do theirs fit into the palm of your hand?
